The Pro Series
is complete with motors, controls, contactors & vibratory trough -
you get a COMPLETE machine which doesn't require expensive extras to
install.
The Garratt
Gravity Table is an effective final cleaning unit for any seed processing
plant. It is designed to separate out the heavier material and fines, as
well as infected and poor quality seed.

Superior Separation. The Gravity
Table features a rectangular deck that is designed
to keep material travelling across the deck
for a greater distance. It allows more time for the materials to stratify, and
results in better separation and a cleaner final sample.

Low HP
Requirements. The
horsepower to capacity ratio on the Garratt Gravity Table is very efficient. The
unit requires little energy to operate. That reduces your operating costs for
the unit and in the big picture, translates into dollars on your bottom line.

Precise Controls. Where some Gravity Tables use a baffle system to control air flow, all flow rate on the Garratt Table is controlled by fan speed. The split sheave variable speed fan control allows for extremely precise adjustments in the air flow rate and quick, responsive results on the table. It allows you to better control your product depth. In addition, the fans are designed to run at low decibel levels, so noise kept to a minimum. A side discharge trough moves the Product into the heavy discharge, and the trough is self cleaning.

Common
Components. Garratt Gravity Tables use common components. Routine part replacements can be made by the operator with parts that are obtainable at local supply stores.

Heavy
Frame Construction. The
frame is constructed of 1/4" tubular steel. This extra heavy frame provides
greater stability during operation, reduces vibration and adds longevity to the
unit.

Counterbalancing is standard on all
Pro Series Gravity Separators making the
unit suitable for portable milling and second floor installations with virtually
no movement.

The
Discharge Outlets on
all Garratt Gravity tables are high enough, in most
cases to prevent the need of a stand under the machine to access conveying
equipment.

Electrical Controls. The
Pro Series Gravity Separator has all electrical
controls already installed in the CSA approved master panel, eliminating the
need to purchase contactors and keeping the installation cost lower. This unit
is compatible with computer controlled panels used in modern plants.

The
Deck features
a large rectangular cleaning deck with half round
ripple strips to provide more traction resulting in superior separation.
The deck is low enough to watch the performance of the machine from ground
level. Easy to use over center clamps hold the deck on the machine making
it easy to change for different products. A wide range of stainless and
urethane coated screens are available.

The Pro Series
is now even more user friendly. Shake speed is adjusted by simply turning a dial which controls a variable frequency drive in the prewired control panel.
The new automatic kick down feature eliminates the worry of contamination from the flow slowing or stopping by simply changing the speed of the variable frequency drive to a preset programmable speed preventing unwanted light product from climbing to the heavy side when the machine is going empty. When normal flow resumes the shake speed returns to its previous setting.
Externally mounted
controls. Shaker speed, fan speed and all major operating
adjustments as well as deck pitch adjustments can be made
on the go.
