For operations that require processing edible product., Garratt Destoners can be positioned before or after your Gravity Table to effectively clean mudballs, stones, and debris from the material.
Low HP requirements. The Garratt Destoner is powered by a 3 horsepower energy efficient electric motor that runs quiet and requires very little energy. It's inexpensive to operate and that helps keep your overall expenses down.
Precise Controls. Unlike
destoners that feature air flow adjustments in increments, Garratt Destoners feature an air flow system that is adjusted by a spring loaded, split sheave variable speed control. The spring loaded split sheave control gives the operator the ability so make micro adjustments and achieve precise results.
On-The-Go Adjustments. With all major controls on the outside, machine settings can be made on-the-go. You don't have to shut down the equipment to fine tune the equipment.
Interchangeable Deck. The destoner deck is easily converted to meet your product demands. With a four bolt attachment system you can remove the deck and replace screens in a matter of minutes to
accommodate beans, peas, lentils or most any edible product.
Heavy Frame Construction. The frame is constructed of 1/4" tubular steel. This extra heavy frame design provides greater stability during operation, reduces vibration and adds longevity to the unit.
Common Parts. Garratt Destoners use common parts. No specialized bearings, pulleys or belts are used. So when it comes to routine part replacement, it usually can be conducted by the operator with parts that are obtainable at local supply stores.
