Screen Area. The Garratt Model
PF 144 Air Screen
utilizes up to 144 square feet of screening area to provide conservative
estimates of capacities listed below.
Smooth Operation. The PF
144 uses two identical shoes which are driven by heavy duty throws providing
a balanced unit suitable for mobile units or second floor applications.
Weighted Vibrating Feeder. The
PF 144 uses a vibrating feed pan which is driven from the main shaft resulting
in no need for expensive drives and it is weighted to keep an even flow of grain
across the screens.
Extra
Large Air Settlings Chambers. The
PF 144 uses large air settling chambers allowing for better air material
separation allowing less material to travel through the air system.
Remote
Blower. A remote blower is used to allow for the blower to be sized for different applications. This blower can be mounted outside the cleaning area for reduced noise levels and also convenience of piping.
